There are many grades of stainless steel as is shown in our stainless steel info and most manufacturers use a grade of stainless steel, which will rust over time. We only use 304 this being the top grade stainless in sheet and 18 or 16 SWG thick tubing expertly formed and welded. All the internal baffling is also from stainless steel of the same top grade 304 quality. The volume production manufacturers and specialist alike envy our resulting sound control. All integral brackets and exhaust hangers are manufactured from the same top grade stainless steel plate, 3 to 6mm thick. Most systems are supplied with stainless flanges made from 6 to 10 mm thick 304 material, using plasma or laser-cutting techniques ensuring accuracy and first time fitting. With a highly skilled work force led by one of the UK's leading stainless systems designer, we provide the backup and specialist advice not usually available direct to the car owners. We are based near Mansfield in the UK about 20 minutes north of Nottingham (M1 Junction 28) and 2 hours from London. Being a privately owned specialist company, we have built our company though good reputation and attention to detail, giving our customers support that is not available though the normal retail and car exhaust system outlets. As we manufacture all of our stainless exhaust systems at the factory we can add changes and modification during the building process to meet the specific needs of the car and customer requirements. We incorporate catalytic converters into systems using a flanged catalytic section that can be removed and replaced when needed, without effecting the rest of the exhaust system. We have been involved in the stainless steel exhaust manufacturing for 25 years, supplying international distributors and the car trade, but now through our web site can deal with customers direct throughout the world.
